Installation Instructions

The Hema Navigator Explorer is a new software program which is added to the Australia 4WD Raster Map Collection and provides the ability to create and view data on the PC and transfer data to and from the Hema Navigator.

1. Important : The Australia 4WD Raster Map Collection must be installed on your PC. The Australia 4WD Raster Map CollectionDVD was supplied with the Hema Navigator 5.
2. From the link below, download the upgrade setup file to your computer.
3. Run the setup file on your computer to install the upgrade.
4. Follow the prompts during the installation process.
5. A new shortcut is added to the Start Menu within the Hema 4WD Raster map Collection folder and also onto the desktop.
6. The first time the Hema Navigator Explorer is run it must be activated. To activate the program, the Hema Navigator must be turned ON and connected to the PC via Activesync or Windows Mobile Device Centre.

NOTE: To connect via Activesync or Windows Mobile Device Centre, once the connect buttons are displayed on the Hema Navigator, select the centre Activesync button or wait and it will connect automatically.

Note : The Hema Navigator Explorer is for the Hema Navigator HN5 (cannot be used with the HN1).
