Colorado
Connected via USB
The Colorado does not have upload/download or moving map capabilities when connected via USB.
When the Colorado is attached to your computer it will enter USB mass storage mode and it will become visible as a disk drive. In this mode data can be transferred using GPX files which OziExplorer supports.
To transfer data from OziExplorer to the Colorado, use the "Export to GPX (Wps and Tracks)" option on the Save Menu to save the data in GPX format to the Colorado [drive]:\Garmin\GPX.
To load data from the Colorado to OziExplorer, use the "Import GPX File (Wps and Tracks)" option on the Load Menu to load the GPX file.
Connected via Serial Port
The Colorado can do upload/download and moving map when connected via a serial port.
Nuvi
The Nuvi does not have upload/download or moving map capabilities.
When the Nuvi is attached to your computer as a USB mass storage device and it will become visible as a disk drive.
Data can be transferred using GPX files which OziExplorer supports.
To transfer data from OziExplorer to the Nuvi, use the "Export to GPX (Wps and Tracks)" option on the Save Menu to save the data in GPX format to the Nuvi.
To load data from the Nuvi to OziExplorer, use the "Import GPX File (Wps and Tracks)" option on the Load Menu to load the GPX file.
